A 60-minute session with a specialist lawyer, at the office, by phone or by video, that leaves you with a clear picture of your position and next steps.
The first consultation is where every file at Mithaq begins. We hear the whole story from you, read the documents you send before the session, then explain what the law says about your situation, the options you have and the benefits and risks of each.
How the session goes
You book the time and the way you want to consult, and we send you a list of useful documents. In the session the lawyer focuses on your questions, and a written summary of the suggested steps reaches you within one working day.
What happens next
If you need us to continue, we give you a written estimate of the fees and stages of the work, and the decision is yours; there is no commitment after the consultation.
